Yin Yoga is a slow class focusing on helping you connect more to your body through deep stretching. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes & will help improve circulation & flexibility. Join now to see how much your body will love Yin.

Private sessions are offered for any style of the above classes. This is a great way to get some one on one coaching from your instructor to improve your form & help you grow in your fitness abilities.

Duo sessions are offered for any two clients that would love the private format without the higher cost. We recommend choosing a friend or family* member to work out with to ensure there is another interested party for duos. *Does not have to be in the same household

About Your Instructor

Jessie has her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification as well as certifications in Barre Above & Pop Pilates. She has been practicing yoga & barre for over 15 years & became an instructor to help give back all the kindness and knowledge she recieved over the years. She has firsthand knowledge of severe physical injuries as well as illness & really just wants to help make you the healthiest most confident version of yourself.
